Art Workshop

Time: 3.5 hours Get Unstuck and have fun doing it! Does your goal, project or dream seem out of reach? or do you feel stuck in certain areas of your life? Breakthrough what’s been holding you back, heal and have fun! This wonderful workshop will have you unfurl your toes, play and trust yourself through the power of painting, movement, and music. At the end of this half-day workshop you'll: • Identify what’s been holding you back from getting your project, goal or dream done. • Be clear about your next steps to move forward. • Walk away with a set of inspiring tools to get you going in the future. You don't need to have any prior painting or drawing experience. This is a small group experience, so space is limited. Half-day workshop $99 - includes art materials!
