What is it? We talk and clarify your goals - based on where you are now, and where you'd like to go. I work with you to set strategy and we begin! I offer nutrition guidelines, suggestions specific to YOU, your body, your lifestyle. Goals can related to your overall wellness as well: be health focused, nutrition focused, exercise focused, mindfulness focused. It all works together to help you feel better, stronger, healthier, more like yourself, comfortable in your skin. With the use of my app, we keep in touch with messaging, check-ins, goal check-offs. We handle obstacles and roadblocks, trouble shooting and helping it fit into your life. One size does not fit all. Access to me via messaging every day and a phone call weekly.
