Restorative Yoga and Crystal Sound Bath

This class guides participants through a calming guided restorative yoga with sound healing with crystal sound bowls and other natural instruments creating a calming, healing vibration and deeper meditation.
Please bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Erica Powers is a certified sound bath facilitator, utilizing crystal bowls as well as many additional beautiful and natural healing instruments. She brings her light angelic touch to the soundbath.

Amy Morton will lead the Restorative Yoga poses. Amy is a 500 hr certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher, qigong instructor, in addition to her personal training and nutrition work.
