This month in honor of summer, I was inspired to create this free challenge so that we can all participate in moving every day - whether its your steps, walking, swimming, treadmill, elyptical, running, rowing, dancing, aerobics, playing the drums!...it ALL COUNTS. The goal is to walk or move for 30 min a day every day this month. You can break it out into 15 min sections if needed. It is not how much you do but that you participate daily as best you can -
There will be a prize at end for top participant

I will be using my fitness app group feature to connect us and have you record your progress daily - and will also use our private facebook group to help people report in.
