Who is this program for? • You have not had time to exercise like you used to! You need a little 'you' time. And some structure and support to help you stay with it!
• Professionals and Adult Students who are working more from home or office and have been sitting more and moving less since last March. Conditioning and strength has changed over the last couple years.
• You'd like a personal trainer but you don't have the time or the funds for a comprehensive programand training 2-3x a week, but still want support to stick with it!
• You miss training! Gyms are opening, but you may not like the environment or feel safe enough to use them or you may not belong to a gym to begin with. Let's face it, we all need to find what our new normal is moving forward. (This program works for the gym as well - bring your phone and play while you workout.)

This program is designed to use body weight, light weights, bands and minimal equipment. No heavy gym equipment/machines needed. This can also be used in a gym.

Weekly workouts, including videos of exercises 4 days a week, PLUS 1 low-impact HIIT class (30-min), 1 yoga/core class focussed on strengthening and conditioning your core Focus on: Strength, flexibility, core, cardio conditioning
