FRESH START PROGRAM: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
What you get: 1. OVERVIEW • Your weekly content outline of workouts & nutrition, every week, delivered to your in-box. • Included: membership in my fitness app! (Use on your phone, tablet and computer) - this adds so much value and helpful tracking of your fitness and nutrition for me to best assist you. It includes exercise videos and demonstrations.
2 FITNESS: • 15-30 min weekly workouts - 4x a week (you control the time) • 1 LIIT class (30-min), combo of aerobic/steps and body weight/resistance training - you can attend a live class and will receive the video for on-demand viewing BONUS: 1 weekly yoga conditioning class - (1 hour) - if you sign up by labor day - 9/7 Focus on: Strength, flexibility, core, cardio conditioning
3. ACCOUNTABILITY: • A group virtual live session with me each week: discuss form, demonstrate exercises, talk nutrition, keep you accountable, touch base on your week. Accountability and support is KEY to staying on track. Recording will be available if unable to attend • Direct messaging with me 12-6 each week day for questions/feedback
4. NUTRITION: • My Nutrition Guidelines Roadmap and Nutrition Tips each week. • 4 Healthy Recipes Each Week: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack/dessert
5. MINDFULNESS & MINDSET: This is such an important component to any program or challenge you take on. Each week we will focus on adding 10 minutes a day for starting your day with a positive outlook. • Meditation • Gratitude • Guided Visualizations included (my recordings)

This program is ideal for: • Moms and Dads who have not had time to exercise like they used to! With kids home since March, less structured summer activities and continued work for parents, quality time has changed drastically! You need a little 'you' time. And some structure and support to help you stay with it!
• Professionals and Adult Students who are working from home or office and have been sitting more and moving less since March. Conditioning and strength has changed over the last few months.
• You'd like a personal trainer but you don't have the time or the funds for a comprehensive programand training 2-3x a week, but still want support to stick with it!
• You miss training and you'd like some guidance! Gyms are opening, but you may not like the environment or feel safe enough to use them or you may not belong to a gym to begin with.** Let's face it, we all need to find what our new normal is moving forward.
