NUTRITION PROGRAM
This special program begins week of Jan 17th
Meetings are Tuesdays at 12:15 - 1 on zoom and will meet weekly. Recording available if you can't make it. Every Monday you receive and email with info and description of what we will cover. With this program, you are connected to my fitness/nutrition app that helps us stay connected and communicate. more about this program here REDUCED PRICE $99/month for 2 months. $3.53 a day. Amy is a fabulous trainer, and the online training is terrific. Before my first remote session, I was a little nervous that the training wouldn’t be as effective. But I quickly realized that there was no reason for concern. Amy demonstrates the exercises clearly. She is as motivating and professional online as she is in person. The workouts are still challenging but fun. I recommend remote training with Amy. It's so important to keep fit during these turbulent times, and her training is the perfect solution! —MAS, 3/27/20
