This month in honor of the olympics, I was inspired to create this free challenge so that we can all participate in moving every day - whether its your steps, walking, treadmill, ellyptical, running, rowing, dancing, aerobics...it ALL COUNTS. The goal is to walk or move for 30 min a day every day this month. You can break it out into 15 min sections if needed. It is not how much you do but that you participate daily as best you can -
In addition, I will be ADDING IN EXERCISE CHALLENGES in recognition of the olympics. These will be fun, strength and endurance building exercises.
There will be prizes at end for top participant! 1 prize for most participation and for most fitness activity / completion of exercises
